Lainey Lord, a Florida native, brings years of of excellence in the way of organization, planning and management. With strong ties to upper-level executives she understands production processes from start to finish.
“Lainey’s hard work, positive attitude, and dedication is an inspiring to everyone on our team,” says Senior Producer, Kym Stokes. “Her dedication to her new and exciting role is bringing us even closer to our goals.”
The Director’s Assistant position is a complex one and requires her arms to be in many sides of the business at one time. In addition, she has shown a very strong ability to work on video production shoots with the Director and Senior Producers.
What does she think?
“Working for CaddisArt has been exciting, fun!” says Lainey, “I am learning many new things that are incredibly fun to do. I am really proud to be a part of this team of fantastic people.”
In addition, Lainey has experience as a Legal Assistant for various law firms. She’s also proud to be an Emergency Medical Technician.
From the Founder
“Initially I didn’t really think I needed an assistant. I found it kind of silly that I would need someone under me to handle production. I thought we needed better project management.” says Robert Blanda, President and Cinematic Director.
“Turns out, it was me that needed the most help and Lainey jumped right in and took charge. My work-life balance has been completely renewed in the process. She’s doing much better than I could have ever imagined.”

Laurie Steidle, Executive Vice President adds, “During this pandemic, CaddisArt has grown exponentially. We’re frequently crunched for deadlines and Rob needed someone to take specific tasks off of his plate so he can grow in other areas and promote the company.”
