Technical Support

We at CaddisArt are very experienced in home and office networks, PC's, printers, peripherals and more. As a suppliment to our web design skills, we offer phone, remote desktop and on-site support. Our current rate for technical support are as follows:Technical support by CaddisArt, Inc.

  • Phone Support: $85 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Phone Support with Remote Desktop: $100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments
  • On-site support (home or office): $125 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.

We support the following techologies:

  • Windows 7, XP, Vista and older versions.
  • Some Macintosh support
  • Printers, periferals, networks, switches, routers, etc.
  • Desktops AND notebooks (laptops)
  • Tablets, phones and other mobile devices.

We are also available for training, one on one or in a group.
